Inflector Environmental Services acquires Donalco

On February 16, 2023, Inflector Environmental Services ("Inflector") announced the acquisition of Donalco Inc. The two companies complement each other in terms of operations as well as the size and scope of their project capabilities.

Inflector is a fully integrated hazardous materials remediation and environmental contracting firm headquartered in Ottawa, with additional locations in Kingston, Toronto, Atlantic Canada and Alberta.

Donalco is an industry leader in fireproofing, firestopping and hazardous material abatement, operating in the Ottawa and Toronto regions.
