Angeli (Yuan Hao) Li

Angeli (Yuan Hao) Li is an articling student in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. Her interest include corporate commercial law, tech licensing and medical defence.

Angeli obtained her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her studies, Angeli participated in the Walsh Family Moot and Denton’s Negotiation Competition. She also worked as a caseworker at the Investor Protection Clinic and served as President of the Osgoode Legal Entrepreneur Organization.

Prior to entering law school, Angeli studied life science and biochemistry at McMaster University. She was a research assistant in immunology, epigenetics and animal behaviour and has several publications.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Angeli was a law student at a Toronto firm focused on patent and civil litigation.
