• Da Costa v Ottawa (City), 2021 CanLII 51729 (ON LT) – Counsel for the Appellant in successfully securing a consent to severance and related minor variances to permit an in fill residential development in the City of Ottawa.
• Regional Municipality of Waterloo v. Grerei Investments Limited, 2020 ONSC 5613 (CanLII) – Counsel for the Respondent at the Divisional Court in successfully dismissing an appeal of an OMB decision which found that the amount of development charges payable had been incorrectly determined.
• Donbar Farms Limited v Blandford-Blenheim (Town), 2018 CanLII 1864 (ON LPAT) – Counsel for the Appellant before the Ontario Municipal Board in successfully opposing a rezoning that would have introduced a new residential use into a prime agricultural area.
• Lake Huron Shores A2A Developments Inc. v. Huron (County), 2016 CanLII 8476 (ON LPAT) – Counsel for the Applicant developer in successfully responding to an appeal of a draft plan of subdivision and rezoning approval.
• Puslinch v Monaghan, 2015 ONSC 2748 (CanLII) – Counsel for the landowner in successfully defending a zoning enforcement action that sought to restrain short term rental of a recreational property.
