Graham Darling is a partner in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, practising corporate commercial law and real estate law.

Graham acts for clients operating in a variety of industries, specifically financial services, renewable energy, manufacturing and commercial real estate. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, renewable energy projects, and corporate re-organizations, as well as providing general corporate commercial advice.

Graham acts for business owners, established and emerging companies, developers, banks, and private lenders who require assistance with negotiating and drafting agreements and completing transactions. He also delivers advice with respect to clients' rights and obligations under existing and proposed agreements, laws and regulations.

Graham's renewable energy practice involves solar energy and wind energy projects and assisting clients with site selection, land and rooftop leasing, due diligence, document preparation and negotiation, project financing, and project acquisitions and dispositions.

His real estate practice focuses on purchases and sales, land development, commercial leasing and secured lending transactions.
