Kevin Dias

Kevin Dias is an associate in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, where he practises in the area of municipal law. He is a member of the firm's Canadian Expropriation Law Group and Municipal Law Group. Kevin is also a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association.

Kevin is a graduate of the JD program at the University of Ottawa. During his time at law school, he served as an associate editor of the Ottawa Law Review. He also holds a BA from McMaster University and a MA in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Prior to law school, Kevin spent 10 years in the Waterloo Region working with unique organizations in client-focused roles, including communications and media relations, government relations, and business development.

An active member of his community, Kevin has volunteered with local not-for-profits, including Leadership Waterloo Region and the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery. Kevin is also a sports enthusiast, and assists with coaching a community soccer clinic in Kitchener's Mount Hope Breithaupt Park community.
