Bio
Peter is our Lead Corporate Counsel and Head of Corporate Governance. He oversees all corporate governance and partnership/partners related matters. He also advises on international projects at the firm level and matters in relation to our overseas offices.
Peter has over 37 years of professional experience in law and the finance industry, including roles as General Counsel and Head of Legal of an international bank; a senior corporate finance executive (commercial role); and a Partner of another UK law firm.
