Real Estate team advises Quintain on its sale to Greystar

Our Real Estate team has advised mixed-use regeneration and build-to-rent specialists, Quintain on its sale to Greystar of a site for the development of a purpose built student accommodation scheme at Wembley Park in London. The site forms part of the wider Wembley Park regeneration programme.

Greystar is due to construct a 20 storey building for purpose built student accommodation comprising 770 beds alongside 7,480 sq. ft. of internal and 9,096 sq. ft. of external amenity space. The first occupations are due in September 2025 in time for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The sale was led by real estate partner and head of regeneration Richard Beckingsale and principal associate Edmund Willis.
