Jay Lalach is a partner in Gowling WLG's Calgary office.

Focusing exclusively on the oil and gas industry, Jay assists domestic and international clients of all sizes on a variety of matters, including the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets, as well as with sale agreement preparation, due diligence and title review.

Jay has rich experience negotiating and drafting various industry-specific agreements, providing freehold drilling opinions, assisting with post-closing asset integration projects and advising clients on the management of the legal aspects of operational matters.
