Florian Holfeld, LL.M.

Florian is a Corporate/M&A lawyer based in our Stuttgart office with more than nine years of experience gained in private practice and in-house at DAX 30 companies. Florian has broad experience in German and international corporate and commercial law and focuses on advising corporate and financial investors as well as start-up and medium-sized companies on national and international M&A transactions and in other areas of corporate law.
