Mary He

Mary specialises in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark, copyright and franchise matters. She regularly advises international clients on all aspects of brand protection and management, including trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright registration and protection, domain name disputes, unfair competition matters and franchise registration in China and around the world.

Mary started her career as part of a top Intellectual Property team at a leading international law firm. She has advised clients across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, food & beverage, fashions, television, pharmaceuticals, video games and digital technology.

Mary holds an LLM in Competition, Innovation and Information Law from New York University and a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
