Paramount Gold Nevada closes best efforts offering of common shares in Canada
On June 30, 2020, Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (NYSE American: PZG) announced that it had closed its previously announced non-brokered registered direct offering in the US and a concurrent best efforts agency offering in Canada of shares of its common stock, for gross proceeds of US$5 million.
The Canadian offering was made pursuant to Paramount's final short form prospectus filed on June 24, 2020 with the Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions.
Paramount is a US-based precious metals exploration and development company. The company owns 100% of the Grassy Mountain Gold Project in Oregon and a 100% interest in the Sleeper Gold Project in Nevada.
