The Financial Services & Funds team is acting for Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited ("RHM"), the premium listed music rights investment company in relation to its recommended takeover by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alchemy Copyrights, LLC, trading as Concord.
The transaction values RHM at approximately US$469 million and is to be effected by way of a scheme of arrangement under the Guernsey Companies Law.
The team involved in advising on the deal was led by partner John Reed, supported by principal associate Emily Airton, associate Scott Wilson and trainee solicitor Kulraj Bhangra.
