Bryce Kraeker

Bryce Kraeker is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office and its former managing partner.

Bryce regularly provides counsel to issuers and underwriters on raising debt or equity through both public and private corporate finance transactions, including bought deals and other prospectus offerings and private placements. 

With 25 years of experience, Bryce has implemented limited partnership and other fund structures across diverse asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, credit, private equity, venture capital, and other pooled funds. He also assists Canadian and international clients with dealer, adviser and investment fund manager regulations

Bryce manages all aspects of his clients' domestic and cross-border M&A activities. He is often called upon to advise on corporate governance best practices and policies, directors' duties and liabilities and other publicly company disclosure obligations.

His clients value his strong negotiation skills, practical regulatory guidance and ability to simplify complex securities laws.
