• Represented GOSH and UCLH in their joint Research Commercialization Agreement with University College London (UCL), creating a unified framework to accelerate the translation of clinical research into commercial partnerships, streamline IP management, and support the development of new diagnostics, treatments and medical technologies.
• Represented Hikma MENA FZE in its agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited concerning the purchase by Hikma of a portfolio of 17 pharmaceutical products across certain MENA territories.
• Advised Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited on its exclusive Global Licensing and Co‑Development Agreement with Xbrane Biopharma AB for Xbrane's nivolumab biosimilar candidate.
• Advised Sandoz on the acquisition of the remaining shares in Rowex Limited, its joint venture in Ireland with Rowa Pharmaceuticals, a business that supplies prescription and over-the-counter products in Ireland.
• Advised Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited on its exclusive licence agreement with Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc. for the development and commercialization of serplulimab in Europe and India. Serplulimab is the first and only anti-PD-1 mAb approved in the EU for the treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC).
• Represented Accord Healthcare Ltd in an exclusive licence agreement with Myovant Sciences to commercialize relugolix (ORGOVYX®) for advanced hormone‑sensitive prostate cancer across the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Turkey.
• Advised Fortescue Metals Group Ltd (ASX: FMG) on its £164 million acquisition of Williams Advanced Engineering Limited from EMK Capital and Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited.  
• Advised Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH) on its collaboration with Roche Products Limited to establish a new Clinical Informatics and Innovation Unit at GOSH to harness data and technology in healthcare to improve children's outcomes and experiences. This collaboration has been used as an example of a successful NHS data partnership in NHS England's Guide to Effective NHS Data Partnerships.
