Based in Gowling WLG’s Beijing office, Tracy Ning is a trademark attorney with over a decade of intellectual property experience. Her practice focuses on assisting international clients in building strong trademark portfolios in China, and advising on trademark, copyright, customs, domain names and unfair competition matters.
Tracy has experience working at both top-tier international and local IP law firms in Beijing. She has represented a large number of international leading companies across a variety of sectors, including chemicals, information technology, hotel management, electronics, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, internet, online games, tobacco, foods, fashions, and more.
Tracy is proficient in handling various types of trademark prosecution work and post-registration matters with regard to counterfeiting and infringement, the acquisition of trademarks, domain name dispute resolution and customs seizure matters at the border.
