Zoe Pearman

Zoe Pearman is a principal associate in the Intellectual Property (IP) team, based in London. She has experience across the full range of IP rights, but has a particular interest in advertising, trademarks, designs, copyright and defamation law.
Zoe regularly acts for clients in relation to a wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including advising clients on trademark and design infringement disputes, advertising and sponsorship arrangements, assignment and licensing matters and assisting on corporate transactions.
Zoe is a member of The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA), and has completed the University of Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice and University College London's IP Transactions: Law and Practice course.
Zoe is a co-chair of ThinkHouse Foundations, Gowling WLG's tailored programme for junior in-house counsel. Zoe is responsible for organising and chairing events throughout the year providing useful knowledge and practical tips to those who are starting their in-house legal careers.
