Networking
In-conversation with...Pete Glancy
10 November 2026
17:00-19:00
We're delighted to invite you to Gowling WLG's Spring 2026 Pensions Event - an evening designed to bring together senior industry voices to explore the future of pensions and retirement policy.
Join us for an in-conversation discussion with Pete Glancy from Scottish Widows (part of Lloyds Banking Group), one of the sector's most influential voices.
With 36 years' experience at Scottish Widows, holding a wide range of senior roles across pensions and retirement, and more than a decade leading its Public Policy function Pete brings exceptional insight into the policy, regulatory and market developments shaping the sector. With deep involvement across key industry bodies including Pensions UK, the ABI, PASA and the CBI, Pete offers a uniquely broad perspective. Most recently, Pete has been working with the Pension Commission's Industry Liaison Group, contributing to key discussions on the future architecture of the UK pensions system.
Following the discussion, we invite you to join us for a networking drinks reception, providing an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas and continue the conversation.
We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an insightful and engaging evening.
Numbers for the event are limited so please do respond as soon as you are able.
