On April 17, 2015, Perk.com Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Perk.com Inc. (“Perk.com”), acquired certain assets and assumed specific liabilities of Tsavo Mobile Media, a division of Orion Foundry (Canada) Inc., including websites, mobile apps, employees, technology and capital assets.
Gowlings advised Perk.com in this acquisition with a team that included John Durdan and Michael Misener (corporate/M&A) and Christopher Andree (employment).
