Gowling WLG advises MUNDOmedia Ltd. on company buyout
On September 2, 2016, MUNDOmedia Ltd. announced that its CEO and Founder, Jason Theofilos, led a company buyout of 100% of the outstanding equity of the company along with private equity investors.
The Royal Bank of Canada provided senior and mezzanine financing for the transaction. The value of the transaction is undisclosed.
