On July 24, 2018, AllCloud BSD Ltd. (“AllCloud”) announced that it had acquired Figur8 Cloud Solutions (through Figur8 Cloud Solutions LLC, its US entity, and Figur8 Cloud Solutions ULC, its Canadian entity, collectively “Figur8"), a Salesforce partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AllCloud, headquartered in Israel, is a global cloud solutions provider. Figur8, based in San Francisco and Toronto, is a professional services company with a focus on Salesforce consulting, implementations and development services.
