SafeToNet completes cross-border acquisition of VISR

On June 1, 2018, SafeToNet Limited, the award-winning British cyber safety company announced the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Toronto-based VISR Inc., industry specialists in using AI to automatically detect the emotional well-being of children online.
