On March 20, 2023, Enerflex Ltd. (TSX: EFX) (NYSE: EFXT) acquired the shares of Absolute Compression Enterprise Ltd., a company that does emissions testing for the oil and gas industry, based in Grand Prairie, Alberta.
Enerflex, based in Calgary, Alberta, is a worldwide supplier of products and services to the power generation and gas production industry.
