Capital Markets team advises Apex Royalties on $5 million investment in Atlantic Tin
Our Capital Markets team has advised UK-based royalty and streaming company, Apex Royalties Limited, on its $5 million investment in Atlantic Tin, an Australian unpublic company developing the Achmmach Project in Morocco.
The proceeds will be used to further develop the Achmmach tin project, including to progress a definitive feasibility study (DFS) for completion during the first quarter of next year.
The Achmmach Tin Project is the most advanced greenfield tin project in the world. With over 120,000 meters of drilling and estimated 160,000 tons of tin at 0.7% grade, its orebody is one of the largest and highest-grade tin deposits globally.
The team advising Apex Royalties was led by Head of Capital Markets and Natural Resources (UK), Charles Bond, with support from Associate Emily Chittick.
