NetExperience acquired by Pavlov Media in cross-border transaction

On January 24, 2024, Pavlov Media, a premier Broadband services and software solutions provider headquartered in Champagne, Illinois, announced it had acquired NetExperience, developer of the preeminent Telecom Infra Project (TIP) OpenWiFi Cloud Controller, headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario.
NetExperience will be run as an independent division of Pavlov Media, will remain based in Canada and will operate as an autonomous Cloud Platform for the TIP OpenWiFi community.
