Our M&A and Private Equity team has acted for the shareholders of Rainier Developments Limited (Rainier Developments), including the continuing management team, on its sale to London-based private real estate investment company, Brydell Partners.

Rainier Developments has established a portfolio with the capacity to deliver over 5,000 new homes and approximately 1.2 million sq ft of commercial space. Since its founding in 2014 by Chairman Eric Grove, the company has earned a reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking land promoter.

This transaction enables Rainier Developments to combine its proven expertise in strategic land promotion with Brydell Partners' investment capabilities, unlocking significant potential for future growth and delivery nationwide.
