Our Corporate team has advised the shareholders of Trafalgar House Pensions Administration Limited (THPA) on the sale of THPA to Isio Group Limited.
THPA is a specialist pensions administration business with a strong reputation for service delivery and long-standing client relationships. The acquisition will add further scale, expertise and operational capability to Isio's existing administration platform, enhancing its ability to support clients across a broad range of pension schemes.
Isio is one of the UK's fastest-growing pensions, employee benefits, wealth and investment management firms, serving a wide range of clients across the UK. The transaction forms part of Isio's continued investment in its administration business and broader long-term growth strategy.
Our team was led by Corporate Partner Madhu Jain together with Principal Associates Chelsie Taylor and Sian Dewing, Associate Henry Stride and Trainee Solicitor Matilda Pratt. Further support was provided by Tax Partners Kate Featherstone and Tom Rank, Senior Associate Michael Hansby, and Pensions Partners Jason Coates and Maddy Frost.
Madhu Jain said: "We are pleased to have supported the shareholders of THPA on this important transaction. The deal brings together two highly respected businesses in the pensions administration market and positions the combined business for continued growth and development. It was a pleasure to work alongside the shareholders and their advisers to help deliver a successful outcome."
