For the third consecutive year, Managing IP (MIP) has named Gowling WLG partners Alexandra Brodie and Shelagh Carnegie among the top female IP lawyers globally in its annual rankings.

Alex Brodie is a London-based partner and a member of the firm’s global Tech Group. Shelagh Carnegie, based in Toronto, co-heads the firm’s global IP Group.

Both have consistently been recognised by MIP as “IP Stars” in their respective jurisdictions.

MIP has published its prestigious “Top 250 Women in IP” list annually for the past 12 years, based on research conducted across 50 jurisdictions. The list celebrates exceptional senior female IP practitioners working in private practice over the past year.
