Alice Grimley Evans

Alice is an Associate in the Corporate team in Dubai. She completed her training in the firm's London office, undertaking seats across M&A and private equity, finance and property. Prior to qualifying, she worked as a corporate paralegal in Milan, where she gained experience on cross-border transactions and international corporate matters.

Combining an international outlook with experience across multiple practice areas, Alice advises clients on a range of corporate matters. Drawing on experience gained across different jurisdictions and practice areas, she delivers pragmatic, commercially focused advice on complex transactions and strategic business matters.
