Amarit Bains

Amarit Bains is a litigation associate in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office, practising in the Recovery Services Group. He has extensive experience advising clients on realization proceedings, including residential and commercial foreclosures, and in proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

In addition to his recovery services work, Amarit advises clients on a wide range of general litigation matters, including judgment enforcement, creditor remedies, contractual disputes, tort claims and construction matters.

He has successfully represented clients in various tribunal proceedings and at all levels of court in British Columbia, where he appears regularly.
