Bio
Ashley Andaya is an associate in the Business Law Department of Gowling WLG's Toronto office. Ashley's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
Ashley advises clients across a range of industries, such as mining, energy, and technology. She assists issuers and underwriters when raising debt or equity through public and private financing transactions, including bought deals, prospectus offerings and private placements. She is also experienced in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Ashley worked as an associate at a mid-sized law firm in Toronto, where she assisted on a variety of corporate, securities, and commercial matters.
