Athyna Wolf

Athyna Wolf is counsel in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Advocacy Group. Athyna’s practice focuses on advocacy for health care professionals. Athyna has experience in both professional liability and commercial litigation, having appeared in every level of court in Alberta and at multiple administrative tribunals. In addition to her experience acting for health care professionals, Athyna has broad litigation experience involving contractual disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, employment, and human rights matters.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Athyna clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal in Calgary. She has practiced in the commercial litigation departments of both a national law firm and a litigation boutique. She has also worked in-house at a law enforcement agency.

Athyna has served as a trustee for a registered charity and taught legal research and writing at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
