Catherine Ouellet

Catherine Ouellet is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Advocacy Group.  Catherine’s practice focuses on administrative, indigenous and procurement Law. She practices in both official languages.

Catherine obtained a dual J.D./LL.L. degree in the programme de droit canadien at the University of Ottawa. She has also held various public service positions at Global Affairs Canada, Canada Border Services Agency and the Privy Council Office.

Outside of the practice of law, Catherine enjoys spending time outdoors and considers herself a foodie.
