Danielle Klepping
Principal Associate
- Qualified, Solicitor of England & Wales (2008)
Danielle Klepping is an experienced principal associate who specialises in commercial contracts. From day-to-day supply chain agreements through to sector specific and more complex business contracts, such as larger outsourcing arrangements, distribution and agency, manufacturing agreements and more, Danielle is well versed in advising on the different ways to deliver goods and/or services to market.
In addition to her knowledge of various sectors (such as food & beverage, automotive and logistics), she has a keen interest in the real estate sector. Her substantial experience of advising property developers, managing agents, institutional investors, housing associations and other real estate entities in relation to their commercial contracts spans all asset classes (from offices and shopping centres through to new build residential, build to rent, purpose built student accommodation, single family rental and integrated retirement communities). As a member of our cross firm working panel, she regularly advises her clients in relation to occupation phase building safety enquiries. She also often finds herself supporting with the interplay between real estate sales, consumer law and consumer codes.
Having been described by clients as a stand out performer, driven and committed to getting her client's transactions over the line, she attributes her ability to build deep and long term relationships with her clients to lessons learnt from her extensive first-hand experience of working in house which was gained from her numerous secondments across small and large private sector organisations. She understands the pressures and constraints faced by in-house legal teams as well as business leads and enjoys working closely alongside them to build a deeper relationship which enables her to provide tailored and pragmatic legal advice.
Other areas of interest include ESG. Danielle has been a key part of the team developing our green contract tool kit and is passionate about supporting clients who want to use their contracts to achieve their sustainability goals.
She has had articles published in both the Journal of Planning and Environment Law and BNA International's word data protection reports.
