David Vaughan

David is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Team in Birmingham, one of the strongest corporate teams outside the City of London known for its deep roots in the region as well as its experience in cross-border transactions.

David advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of company law and corporate transactions.

Known for his attention to detail and ability to get under the skin of clients' businesses, David offers a "hands on" approach to delivering complex transactions quickly and within budget whilst minimising the client's risk.
