Eric Rockefeller

Eric Rockefeller is a partner practising in the Financial Institutions & Services Group and regularly advises lenders in both the lending and recovery of corporate and commercial loans.

Eric uses practice automation software tools to assist financial institutions with acquisition financings, project financings, real estate financings and asset-based loan transactions and to implement loan and lease recovery strategies requiring, among other things, secured and unsecured repayment agreements, contested enforcement of security, and the navigation of claims through government-guaranteed loan programs. Eric regularly acts for financial institutions in consumer proposals, bankruptcies, receiverships, power of sale proceedings and fraud-related litigation.
