Florence Normandin

As advisor for the Student and Articling Programs in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office, Florence Normandin coordinates the articling student selection process and oversees initiatives in professional development, mentoring, training, and performance management for students.

Prior to joining the firm, Florence worked as a campus recruiter for an international accounting firm, overseeing the audit recruitment process and coordinating onboarding for young recruits from internship programs across Québec.

She also served as a junior human resources business partner for an international consulting firm, where her role included recruiting consultants and implementing talent development and performance management initiatives.
