Maya Thompson

Maya is a Solicitor Apprentice in Gowling WLG's Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity team. Through the apprenticeship programme, Maya has successfully qualified as a Paralegal and graduated with first class honours from the University of Law. Maya is currently undertaking the SQE exams in order to qualify as a solicitor.

Maya has experience working on a range of corporate matters, including private M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and venture capital transactions across the energy, healthcare and tech sectors.
