Michael Sweeney

As a principal associate in the tax team, Michael Sweeney has a breadth of experience advising clients on various types of direct and indirect taxes, including VAT, stamp taxes and other commercial and employment related taxes.

He has advised on many of the firm's corporate and real estate transactions, providing advisory support and assistance with tax structuring and drafting as well as managing post-transaction tax considerations and relevant communications to HMRC.
