Monique Roberts is a project management lawyer based in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office.
In this role, Monique focuses on developing realistic project plans, estimates and budgets for legal matters at initiation, and monitors and manages them through to completion. She has been actively involved in the development of Gowling WLG’s legal project management program, Practical LPM™, including developing templates, delivering internal training and mentoring other lawyers on the legal project management discipline.
Prior to assuming her current role, Monique focused her legal practice on assisting privately held businesses with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership arrangements.
Before her legal career, Monique worked as an accounting manager in the magazine publishing industry and as a scuba diving instructor in the Philippines, Egypt and Canada.
