Nicolas Dolot is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office and a member of the Financial institutions & services Group. His practice focuses primarily on banking law and real estate and corporate financing. He assists clients from a wide range of sectors in drafting and negotiating loan agreements and establishing security interests.
Nicolas has worked on numerous domestic and cross-border syndicated and non-syndicated financing transactions for institutional lenders, as well as various local, national and international borrowers.
Holding both Canadian and French degrees, Nicolas’ international background enables him to understand clients’ specific issues and provide advice that promotes their best interests.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nicolas acquired a solid financing background while working as a lawyer at a national law firm in Montréal for several years.
