
Bio
Philippe Dalmau is a law student in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office.
Philippe is currently completing the second year of his bachelor's degree in law at the Université de Sherbrooke (Co-op program). He has a keen interest in Indigenous law as well as civil and commercial litigation.
In 2023, Philippe became a member of his law school’s Aboriginal Law Committee, first as a first-year student representative, then as treasurer, actively working to promote reconciliation and Indigenous knowledge within the student community. In March 2024, he attended the Uashat Mak Mani-Utenam university fair to speak with Innu community youth about the various opportunities of pursuing a law degree.
