Sarah Lees

Sarah Lees is a London based Principal Associate who advises on a wide range of real estate matters with a particular emphasis on development and regeneration.

Sarah's experience includes the acquisition of development sites, land assembly, individual and portfolio sale and purchases as well as asset management. She has experience working in-house for one of London's largest regeneration projects where she advised on the real estate elements of a £600 million refinance of part of the project.

Sarah advises clients on all aspects of development and regeneration work including property due diligence, advising on development constraints and vacant possession strategies to facilitate redevelopment.
