Simanpreet Panaych

Simanpreet Panaych is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office.

She focuses her practice on multiple areas of business law, assisting clients across a range of sectors with private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions (public and private companies) and capital market raising. She also has experience drafting corporate commercial agreements (including shareholders' agreements and service contracts) and helping clients navigate compliance and disclosure requirements.

Simanpreet completed her JD at the University of Windsor. During law school, she volunteered as a caseworker and litigator with Community Legal Aid Windsor, where she provided assistance and attended court for landlord and tenant matters, small claims and summary criminal offences. Prior to entering law school, she completed her BA in sociology at the University of Alberta.
