Tara is experienced in a wide range of property litigation areas including asset management, dilapidations, service charge disputes and rights of light. She is a specialist in residential matters including, right of first refusal, right to manage, residential service charge disputes, residential tenancies and housing. She also advises on a range of agricultural matters.
