Advising across 60+ infrastructure sub-categories

The nature of UK infrastructure priorities is ever-evolving, and as a leading practice, we evolve with it. Our market-leading infrastructure lawyers have extensive experience advising on complex and major projects, from the development and early delivery of PPP models in the UK and Canada to supporting greenfield projects and Infrastructure M&A across more than 60 sub-categories of the sector.

We understand the landscape you're working in and the challenges it brings. From the emergence of decarbonisation (offshore and onshore wind, grid upgrades, solar and energy storage projects) to broader energy transition trends (including CCUS and hydrogen), transport resilience (schemes to expand and improve rail infrastructure including HS2 and Rail Freight) and digital infrastructure (including the 5G rollout and FTTH).

The right choice

We have and continue to advise on the most challenging and complex infrastructure projects within the UK and across the wider world, whether that's PPPs, project financed energy transition, transport or defence and nuclear projects. Our lawyers are established advisers to government bodies, contractors, sponsors, investors and funders, and have a strong track record of delivering strategically important and high value projects.

We understand the full range of procurement models available for major infrastructure and advise both procurers and bidders on all stages through to delivery. Our team also regularly advises buyers and sellers on project variations, refinancing, restructuring and sale and purchase of Infrastructure assets.
