What the team does

Our team is partner-led, and supported by principal associates and junior resource with almost ten years' experience in the region. It has a deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of the local and regional markets. We do a wide variety of corporate and commercial work ranging from mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, pre-IPO and IPOs. Our work is multi-jurisdictional and involves working with international clients across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. We also work on conventional and Islamic finance matters as well as on project finance transactions in the GCC and Africa across a range of sectors.

We combine this specialist sector and international knowledge to deliver a dedicated and personal service for our diverse client base comprising multi-national corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, start-ups and high net worth individuals.

There is a strong emphasis on knowledge, development and training. Our team work closely together leading to an environment where the sharing of knowledge and information is an everyday occurrence. From day one, they're also actively encouraged (and supported) to build and develop their own relationships whether with existing clients, potential new clients or multipliers.

Training is provided both locally and also by our global offices and members of the team benefit from the experience of our specialists based in other international offices. This may be in the form of wider team training or key note speaker events. If they have the hunger to develop then we will support and provide that platform to learn.
