AIM Handbook 2019

The Equity Capital Markets Team at Gowling WLG have decided to delay this year's publication of its AIM Handbook.

The team are conscious that the nominated adviser and broker community are expecting a new version, but given the outstanding provisions of the Prospectus Regulation come into force in July (which will bring with them new Annexes) and Brexit date uncertainty, which will impact changes to MAR, ESMA guidance and DTR 5, publication will be delayed until the end of the year/early next year.

If you would like to receive alerts and updates from the Equity Capital Markets team and information on the firm's AIM activity, please ensure that you subscribe to our mailing list.
