On June 17, 2011, Mariana Resources Ltd. announced that its shares had commenced trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbol MRY. The shares also continued to trade on the AIM market under the symbol MARL.

Mariana Resources is an exploration and development company with an extensive portfolio of gold, silver and copper projects in Argentina and Chile.
