On March 15, 2013, Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp. (TSXV: SSS), a life sciences company developing stem cell-related technologies, announced that it had closed its previously announced prospectus offering of units for the aggregate gross proceeds of $3,078,750. Euro Pacific Canada Inc. acted as the agent for the offering.
