On 30 April 2015, AFH Financial Group PLC, a leading UK-based discretionary wealth management and independent financial advisory (IFA) firm, acquired Independent Financial Services Limited, a national firm of IFAs based in Stroud, Gloucestershire and the largest acquisition made by AFH to date.

We advised AFH in this transaction with a team that was led by Dominic Prentis.
